An event every month that begins at 10:00 am on day Fourth of the month, repeating indefinitely
Our Group members take it in turns to plan and lead walks which are approx 6 miles in length starting at 10.00. Lunch follows each walk (arranged by the walk leader), generally at a local pub.
Our walks are usually circular – starting and ending at or near the pub designated for lunch – however, members are welcome to plan linear walks when possession of a bus pass might come in handy!
Driving is necessary so we encourage car sharing.
The current number of members in this group are at a maximum.
How about starting up your own walking group? The Bury St Edmunds u3a Committee is there to help and you can always use the ‘Latest News’ section on the website, and/or a post in the Newsletter as a call for members.
