Immediately following the monthly talk in the Apex. All members are invited to attend. The Agenda and Annual Report and Accounts will be published on the website at least 21 days before this date.
NOMINATIONS FOR THE COMMITTEE
Nominations to join the committee as a Trustee should be returned by 1st October. The form can be found here and accompanying letter here. With a number of current Trustees stepping down, it is vital that more members volunteer for this vital role, we are in particular in need of a Secretary.
