by Guest Speaker, Christine Webber
Christine Webber believes passionately that we should strive to live as well as possible for as long as possible. She argues that the chronic older-age conditions so many of us suffer from can be avoided, though she does stress that this takes effort. Her talk embraces many aspects of ageing including health, energy, nutrition, exercise, memory, decision making and friendship – and is full of inspirational and common-sense tips on how to feel and look younger.
Christine was a TV news presenter for Anglia Television in the eighties. Afterwards, she specialised in health journalism but additionally became an agony aunt for a wide range of publications including TV Times and BBC Parenting.
